Apartment communities
Amenity-floor saunas sized for residents, with floor-standing lava-rock heaters and finishes that stand up to constant use. Pinehurst and Hollycrest are both apartment installations.

Fitness and wellness
Gyms, studios, and spas, where the sauna runs most of the day. Heater capacity, ventilation, and bench durability matter more than anything else.

Hospitality
Hotels and clubs, where the room is part of the experience. Glass, stone, and lighting carry more weight here, as in the Retreat project.
